You have 14 days from delivery of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. During this period, you can return new (unopened and\/or unused) products by following the instructions below.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>

How do I return a product?<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

To return a product, the buyer must notify his intention to renounce the product by e-mail or via our withdrawal form. Please then send the new, unopened and\/or unused items, together with the order number, to the address we will give you. The cost and risk of returning the goods shall be borne by the purchaser.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>

If the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>

If you receive a damaged parcel, please notify us by e-mail, enclosing at least two photos of the damage. We will provide you with the return procedures, and the costs will be borne by us.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>

Product refunds are made within a maximum of 30 days after we have received the products.
