Standard delivery times are estimated at 10 working days.

In the event of late delivery, please inform us by e-mail. We will check the situation with the carrier to resolve the problem.

If your parcel is lost, please inform us by e-mail. In the case of an original work, only a refund is possible. In the case of an art print, you will have the choice between a new copy or a refund.

Refunds for lost parcels are made within a maximum of 30 days of the loss of the parcel. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment chosen at the time the order was placed.
