You have 14 days from delivery of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. During this period, you can return new (unopened and/or unused) products by following the instructions below.
To return a product, the buyer must notify his intention to renounce the product by e-mail or via our withdrawal form. Please then send the new, unopened and/or unused items, together with the order number, to the address we will give you. The cost and risk of returning the goods shall be borne by the purchaser.
If the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.
If you receive a damaged parcel, please notify us by e-mail, enclosing at least two photos of the damage. We will provide you with the return procedures, and the costs will be borne by us.
In the event of a non-conforming product, please contact us by e-mail, providing a photo of the product and proof of invoice. We will inform you of the return procedures, and the costs will be borne by us.
Product refunds are made within a maximum of 30 days after we have received the products. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment chosen at the time the order was placed.
