The present conditions of sale are concluded, on the one hand, by the LNMRY company, hereinafter referred to as “the seller”, and, on the other hand, by any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the seller’s website, hereinafter referred to as “the buyer”.
The purpose of these conditions of sale is to define the contractual relationship between the seller and the buyer, as well as the conditions applicable to all purchases made through the seller’s website, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer.
The acquisition of a good or service through this site implies the buyer’s unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.
These conditions of sale prevail over any other general or special conditions not expressly approved by the seller.
The seller reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the conditions applicable will be those in force at the date of the order placed by the purchaser.
The products and services offered are those listed in the catalog published on the seller’s website.
Each product is accompanied by a description prepared by the seller.
The photographs in the catalog are as accurate as possible, but cannot guarantee perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly with regard to colors.
These products and services are offered while stocks last. If, despite its best efforts, all or part of the items are unavailable, the seller will inform the buyer by email as soon as possible and offer the buyer the option of waiting or cancelling the order of the unavailable items free of charge. Available items will be delivered as usual.
The prices of products and services displayed on the site are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT and other applicable taxes). The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Nevertheless, the prices applicable to the order are those in force at the time of order confirmation. The prices indicated do not include the costs of processing the order, transport and delivery as long as they take place in the geographical zones indicated below.
The online sale of products and services presented on the seller’s website is reserved for buyers residing in Belgium, Metropolitan France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany and for deliveries required in these geographical areas.
The buyer, who wishes to purchase a product or service, must :
– Register on the site and fill in all the required information, or log in to your account if you already have one;
– Confirm your order after checking it;
– Make payment in accordance with the terms and conditions ;
Confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, acknowledgement of full knowledge of them and waiver of the right to invoke one’s own terms and conditions of purchase or any other terms and conditions.
All data provided and the recorded confirmation will be considered as proof of the transaction. Confirmation will constitute signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.
The seller will send confirmation of the order by e-mail.
In accordance with the law, the consumer has the right to notify the seller that he renounces his purchase, without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 working days from the day of delivery of the product or the conclusion of the service contract. This right of renunciation does not apply to professional buyers.
During this period, the consumer must notify his intention to withdraw by e-mail or via our withdrawal form and return, at his expense and risk, the product delivered to the operating headquarters of LNMRY :

Products must be returned undamaged, with all accessories, instructions for use and the original invoice/delivery note.
Incomplete, damaged or dirty goods will not be accepted. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Within 30 days of acceptance of the return of goods, the seller undertakes to refund any payment made by your original method of payment, with the exception of shipping costs.
Unless otherwise agreed, the consumer may not exercise the right of renunciation for contracts :
1. for the supply of services whose performance began with the consumer’s consent before the end of the waiver period;
2. supply of products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized or which, because of their nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate;
DAMAGE AND PROBLEMS:
You must inspect your order and contact us within the first 72 hours. If you have received the wrong item or if it is damaged or defective,
you MUST provide a full description and photographic evidence (at least 2) to info@ladynemery.be.
LOST PACKAGE:
Contact us as soon as possible at info@ladynemery.be so that we can initiate an investigation with our carrier.
FURTHER INFORMATION:
– LNMRY is not responsible for additional duties and taxes for orders shipped internationally.
– Once the package has been dispatched, the order cannot be modified or cancelled.
– Delivery charges are non-refundable for all orders.
